Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 445855 manufactured by Leeds--Northrup and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeds--Northrup systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1275 by Manufacturer Lead-Screw as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Leeson Brand 192125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leblond-Makino such as DU34TIEB equipment made by Leblond-Makino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leblond-Makino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leblond-Makino" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 770635A made by Leco as well as the popular 74613 original spares produced by Leeds--Northrup
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22245 by Leeds--Northrup and DU34TIEB spares by Leblond-Makino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M090585 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
